What is the Best Way to Detox? You've Come to the Right Place... Wecome to DETOX SUPERSTARS

You've been looking through the internet for the best way to detox. You have nagging health symptoms, or have been diagnosed with a chronic condition. I've been there. I've gone to the run-around of doctors. I've tried the standard medical approach (and achieved only side effects as the result).

I've even tried herbs, homeopathic remedies, acupuncture, reiki, etc. with zero to marginal results (I know that all of these do work in certain cases, however they pale in comparison to detox). Then I tried DETOX. This IS the KEY to getting well.

Detox is the answer. Few people realize that toxins are entering the body every minute of every day that you live. Even things that go in as non-toxic, for example a piece of fresh organic sprouted whole wheat bread, can putrefy inside of you. It therefore becomes a toxin, and can stay in your body. This causes a myriad of symptoms that can be overcome simply by detoxing. In the sprouted bread case, the putrefied material will likely all come out with the best way to detox the digestive tract, Oxypowder or colonics.

However, organic sprouted whole wheat bread should be the least of your concerns, because it's mostly man-made chemicals, pollutants, heavy metals, liver stones, etc that are causing your problems. See the toxic burden page for more information on how to avoid toxins as much as possible.

Okay so here it is... (drumroll please). The DETOX SUPERSTARS. The absolute best way to detox each part of your body. Numbers 1-5 are crucial in terms of beating chronic diseases (you don't have to do all, but you have to do some). The superstars #6-10 showed significant benefits to me and others, but I don't see them as the best way to detox for major chronic disease treatments.

1. Natural Detox Diet - If possible, diet should be the first thing you change. If you're regularly eating garbage (fast food, candy bars, deep fried everything, processed dairy, sugar, trans fats, etc.), you will be shocked to find that a new healthier diet will change your whole life. No, it's not specifically a detox protocol, but I consider it a detox, because of the drastically lower amount of toxins that will enter your body as a result. Therefore your body will automatically be working with fewer toxins day in and day out. Some people have the extreme mindset that "I'd rather die than change the way I eat." Even if this is your way of thinking, take a look at the detox diet page. See if you can do just a few of the recommendations - those that are least objectionable. 2. Colon Cleanse with Colonics. - Maybe you've heard the expression "death begins in the colon," or the happier version "Health begins in the colon." Both are absolutely true. The fact is, if you have never done a colon cleanse, then you have (insert your age) years of accumulated waste building in there. If you have a gut, a very large percentage of your gut is actually not fat, but putrefied toxins. Get them out with the best way to detox your colon (along with Oxypowder pills), colonics. Your belly will shrink. On top of that, you'll start to digest food and supplements much better and your skin will starts to clear up and glow. Even if you don't have a belly (I didn't - I was underweight), you will find out that you have pounds of unnecessary and very harmful, symptom-causing waste just sitting in your colon. 3. Use Oxypowder for Colon Cleansing. - All of the reasons and benefits of doing colonics (see #2 above or the colon cleansing page ) apply the same way for Oxypowder, the other best way to detox your digestive tract/colon. For those scared about colonics (no need to be), start with Oxypowder pills. It is easy, and you'll see how great colon cleansing is. Then work up the courage to have a colonic, because both methods complement each other very well. It's also a great idea to do a parasite cleanse (more simple pills) at the same time as you're taking the Oxypowder.

4. Liver Flush. - Scroll to #4 on that page for more information. So, imagine you've changed your diet and cleansed your colon. You look better, you feel better, you have more energy. But there are still nagging symptoms. It's time to clean out your liver. Why? Because the liver is responsible for getting rid of toxins throughout your entire body, not just your digestive tract. When the liver is clogged (see the liver page for more information), your whole body is clogged. Liver stones begin compiling in your gallbladder. These stones halt many bodily processes and are the ROOT CAUSE of many, many different types of symptoms. The best way to detox the liver is a liver flush. As soon as you do several flushes, your body's filter (the liver) is clean and free of stones. Toxins from everywhere can now flow through the liver easily for elimination. 5. Intense Exercise - I tell people my secrets everywhere I go, and nobody wants to believe that INTENSE exercise is better than light and moderate jogging. IT IS!!!!!!!! WAY, WAY, WAY better. The secret, as you will learn on the exercise page, is that you must be out of breath and panting several times during the exercise. Obviously start slower if you are out of shape. Follow the details outlined in all of the exercise pages. Intense exercise will get you in shape better than you ever have been (I'm in better shape now than I was in high school). It will increase oxygen throughout your system better than pretty much anything (better than breathing 100% oxygen while moderately exercising, which I've done. Maybe not better than hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which I haven't done). Intense exercise rebuilds your lungs and your heart, makes you almost heart attack-proof, and helps you quickly get to your perfect weight. Not only does it burn fat quicker than almost anything anywhere (better than pills, exercise, most diets), it also makes you gain lean muscle for a toned appearance. It is also the best way to detox through exercise (except for possibly rebounding). DO INTENSE EXERCISE.

6. Ear Candling/Ear Coning - If you ever feel like your hearing is a little fuzzier than usual, consider ear candling, the absolute best way to detox your ears. For many people (not all - some will never need ear candling/coning), ear wax builds up in the inner ear. This causes difficulty hearing, headaches, balance issues, etc. Go to a ear candling clinic (don't do it yourself, I tried - bad news and potentially dangerous). If you do a search on the internet, you'll find lots of articles saying why ear candling doesn't work. They are ALL WRONG! I've done it about 5 times (each separated by several months). Each time it worked phenomenally. Before the very first time I did it, I thought I was going deaf at age 24. After, my hearing has been perfect. After 4-5 months or so, I start to feel a little bit of wax building up in my ears, causing hearing difficulties. Then I "get candled" and I'm great for 4 months or so. 7. Nasal Irrigation - Some might call this the "Nosonic" as it is like a colonic for your nose. Breathing is very important and many people go around with a stuffed nose day in and day out. A simple nasal irrigation, which is free, safe, and easy to do at home, will have you breathing clean, clear, and deep. It is the best way to detox your nose and sinuses. Just the good feeling of a clear deep breath makes it worth it, but it also has the benefit of getting more oxygen through your system, which will give you more energy, glowing skin, and disease-fighting benefits. 8. Wash your Toothbrush - When you insert an unwashed toothbrush into your mouth every day, you are unknowingly reintroducing bacteria and other toxins back into your mouth. Instead, every day before you brush your teeth, wash the brush with liquid pump soap, and rinse it out. This is the best way to detox the brush, because otherwise you would have to wait for it in the dishwasher, or suffer the expense of getting a new brush every day. You'll find after starting that your number of colds and flus will go down to almost zero, and those that you do have will be of much shorter duration.

9. Avoid Toxins in the First Place - When you do the things listed on the toxic burden page, you'll find that the benefits of your detox protocols will last much longer. The reason is that each time you detox, you clean your system. Eventually the toxins start to build up again, and you will need to continue the detox procedures on a maintenance level. However when you avoid the toxins as I describe, they will keep your body clean for much longer between detoxing. It's the best way to detox without actually doing any detox procedures.

10. Do a method of detoxing your skin - If done enough, saunas, foot pads and ionic baths, and dry or wet skin brushing can significantly reduce the amount of toxins in your body, in addition to helping you achieve great looking skin. I don't think the amount of toxins released, or the health benefits achieved, compare to colon or liver cleansing. However, you'll find that you look and feel better after doing any of the skin cleanses mentioned. I won't say which is the best way to detox your skin, because this might come down to personal preference. Try them all and see which you like.
