Detox for Weight Loss -

You Did in High School

Warning: My advice to detox for weight loss will be the end of yo-yo dieting forever. If you can handle this, read on.

Actually the recommendations in this entire website are not focused on weight, they are focused on health. However, when you achieve perfect health, you automatically achieve perfect weight (perfect skin, symptom-free living, lots of energy, etc.)

The following are weight loss cleanse steps designed to keep your body mass and weight exactly where it should be. Imagine your body forming into its perfect dimensions. A flat stomach. Lean muscle on your arms and legs. Perfectly toned everything. This is what will happen when you follow each of these steps.

1) Follow the natural detox diet as outlined on that page. If you've been eating very differently from those suggestions for a long time, watch your weight begin to fall off. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. Do not count calories. Simply replace the foods as outlined in the 10 steps listed.

2) Periodically take a colon detoxing agent called Oxypowder. This is all natural and perfectly safe. To put it quite bluntly, all the toxins that have been sitting in your intestines, stomach, colon, etc. for several years, will be liquefied and expelled. This, along with colonics (see #3), is the perfect way to detox for weight loss, because it immediately flattens your stomach, makes you more regular (see #6) and eliminates pounds of unnecessary weight.

3) Periodically get colonic hydrotherapy. This is a method where water is inserted in your colon and then flushed out, along with tons of waste. I know I will need to convince many of you that this is something you should do. THIS IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD DO. Read why colonics are so great here.

4) Eat more protein and less carbs. This is one of the 10 natural detox diet rules, so technically I'm repeating it. I'm repeating it because it is important. Our American/Industrialized nations' diet is loaded with carbs, and you will be shocked by the changes in your body when you re-balance carbs and proteins to a healthier level.

5) Engage in intense exercise. The key word here is INTENSE. How many of you have started jogging, or ran on a treadmill, or regularly biked, etc. and stopped because you weren't losing much weight? If you want to know how to lose weight fast, intense exercise is one of the best answers. It is the best way to get more oxygen into your whole body, and oxygen helps detox for weight loss just as well as any exercise or change in diet does.
